Lucky Nutra is committed to providing high‑quality nutritional supplements. Due to the nature of our products and safety regulations, there are certain restrictions on returns and refunds. Please read the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because our supplements are ingestible and subject to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or whose packaging has been unsealed. Additionally, items marked as final sale or promotional freebies are non‑returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@luckynutra.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit, at our discretion. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Please allow 7‑10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us as soon as possible. We will send a replacement at no additional cost once we have received the returned item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within a short window before they are processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
